Privacy notice
Last updated November 3, 2026
This notice covers the pages at www.garrettmcauley.com/lp, which are also reachable at app.garrettmcauley.com/lp.
Garrett, McAuley & Co. runs these pages so you can learn about our services, book a call, or send a request. This notice explains what we collect, which outside services we use, and how to opt out.
What we collect on these pages
On our service pages, our own tracking code records:
- The pages you view, how long you spend on each one, and how far you scroll
- Which parts of a page you reach
- Clicks on the call, email, scheduler, and request buttons, and the steps you take in the scheduler
- Whether you send the request form, but not what you write in it
- Your approximate location (country, region, and city), based on the IP address our hosting provider sees
- Your device type and browser
- The site that sent you here, and any ad campaign and keyword details in the link, such as a Google Ads click ID
- A random visitor ID stored in your browser, so we can tell when the same browser comes back
We do not keep your IP address with these records. This tracking does not record your name, your email address, or anything you type.
Visit counts from our hosting provider
Our hosting provider, Vercel, also counts visits with Vercel Web Analytics. We see those counts only as totals, such as visits by page, referring site, country, and device type. Vercel Web Analytics does not identify individual visitors.
Microsoft Clarity
We use Microsoft Clarity to learn how visitors use these pages. Clarity records session replays of clicks, scrolling, and mouse movement, and it builds heatmaps of where people click. Clarity hides what you type into form fields.
The statement below uses Microsoft's suggested wording.
We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve and market our products/services. Website usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products/services and online activity. Additionally, we use this information for site optimization, fraud/security purposes, and advertising. For more information about how Microsoft collects and uses your data, visit the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Google Ads
When you reach these pages from a Google ad, the link carries a click ID and campaign details. We record them to learn which ads and keywords bring visitors. We also use the Google tag, which tells Google Ads when a visit leads to a booked call, a sent request, or a click on our phone number. The Google tag also adds you to a list of visitors, so we can show you our ads when you later use Google or sites that show Google ads. Google sets cookies to do this. See how Google uses cookies in advertising.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics on these pages and the rest of garrettmcauley.com to count visits and see which pages people read and how they found us. Google sets cookies to do this. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Scheduling with Calendly
Calendly runs the scheduler on these pages. When you book a call, Calendly receives the details you enter, such as your name and email address, along with the ad campaign details from the page link. We use your booking details to prepare for the call. Calendly handles your information under its own privacy notice.
The request form and email
When you send the request form or email us, we use what you send to reply to you. The form saves your name, email address, company, phone number, and message, along with the page you sent it from and your browser type. It also keeps a coded form of your IP address, which we use only to limit spam. Our database and email providers handle this information for us.
Some of our Google ads include a short request form. When you send it, Google passes us what you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, and company, and we use it the same way.
We do not sell personal information.
How to opt out
- Block or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings. Deleting site data also removes our random visitor ID.
- Turn off personalized Google ads in Google's ad settings.
- The Microsoft Privacy Statement explains how to turn off personalized ads from Microsoft.
